NHC Home Health Care

National Health Corp L.P. will provide home health services through a multidisciplinary team approach that strives to coordinate appropriate and effective services for all patients. Scope of available services include: skilled nursing, personal care aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services and nutritional guidance.

NHC Home Health Care will promote patient independence and will strive to meet each patient’s unique in-home needs. We will attempt to establish and maintain a positive, therapeutic relationship with diverse patient population, individualized patient and/or family training will be provided. Maximum recovery, comfort, and compliance will be facilitated by effective communication by the health care team.
